DO THESE 10 THINGS AND YOU WILL HEAL

YOUR ANAL FISSURE NATURALLY JUST LIKE I DID.

1.  Use H-Fissures.

This is the product that healed my anal fissure and allowed me to avoid the need for anal fissure surgery.

To this day it still amazes me that all natural oils is what healed my anal fissure.  Was I skeptical at first?   Yes, just like you I thought the oil was a scam.

I can assure you 100% that this oil is not a scam and it will heal your anal fissure.

You will have to trust a complete stranger and buy the oil and apply it as directed.

If you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to CONTACT ME.  I am glad to answer any questions that you might have about anal fissures or the H-Fissures oil.

I completely understand that you might be skeptical about using the H-Fissures oil.  So was I.

Since so many visitors to my site think the H-Fissures oil is a scam I decided to do a review of the oil and answer the most commonly asked questions I receive.

2.  Drink plenty of Water.

You have heard it before, but it really is something so simple that you can do to really make a difference in your overall health.  Water helps to carry nutrients to your body’s cells as well flushing toxins from your body’s vital organs.

The most common approach to knowing how much water to consume every day is what is called “The 8×8 Rule”.

You want to drink at least 8 ounces of water 8 times per day.  I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to drink plenty of water every day, so if you do nothing else on this list, please make sure you at least drink plenty of water.

3.  Keep your body clean.

I know this sounds simple and is something we should do every day, but I feel that it needs to be included in this list.

For any injury on your body to heal, the most important thing you will do is to keep the area clean so it does not get infected.  If your anal fissure gets infected you will most likely end up having surgery to correct the problem.

So, in order to avoid this situation, I want you to make sure that you shower daily and keep your buttocks area clean through out the day after each bowel movement.

4.  Use pre-moistened wipes to clean your anus after each bowel movement.

Following up on keeping your body clean, keeping your anus clean after each bowel movement is vitally important.  You can use the Preparatoin H Medicated Wipes with Witch Hazel and Aloe, Tucks Medicated Pads,  or even baby wipes to keep the area clean.

The wipes will feel better than just using toilet paper and will also aid in preventing infection.  It is worth noting that even though the medicated wipes are designed  for Hemorrhoid relief, they are great at keeping your anus clean.  You will probably not get any relief from the pain of your anal fissure from using the wipes.

After cleaning the anus with the wipe it is important to dry the area with toilet paper or a soft towel.  I have also found that putting some baby powder on your toilet paper and wiping it on your anus will aid in keeping the area dry.

5.  Use soft toilet paper to wipe after a bowel movement.

Now is not the time to use the cheap toilet paper because you are trying to save money.  You want to use the softest toilet paper you can buy.  The less abrasive the toilet paper is when being wiped over the fissure the better.

Charmin Ultra-Soft is one of the best papers on the market and has gotten many great reviews from many people who have personally wiped their own rear ends with it 🙂

6.  Increase your daily Dietary Fiber intake.

One of the major causes of an anal fissure is constipation.  When we have to strain to make a bowel movement we are putting excessive force on the anus. This combination of a large stool that has to be forced out of the body can easily cause an anal fissure.

I strongly believe this is how I first got a small cut on my anus.  At the time, my doctor said I had Hemorrhoids.  The only way to truly know is to get a visual examination.  Don’t let your doctor take your word for it and diagnose that problem without looking at it.

Anyway, dietary fiber is found in many fruits, vegetables, beans, & whole grains and is most commonly associated with its ability to relieve and prevent constipation.  In addition to helping with constipation, fiber has many other health benefits that really make a strong case for making sure you have enough fiber in your daily diet.

Some of the added benefits of fiber are:

  • Adds bulk to your stool which actually aids in the bowel passing smoother. (I thought keeping my stools soft and runny would help my anal fissure…boy, was I mistaken!)
  • Relief from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  • Lowers your risk of getting Hemorrhoids and/or anal fissures
  • Helps control your body’s blood sugar levels which lowers your risk of  developing Type 2 Diabetes
  • Aids in losing weight

Here is the recommend fiber intake we should strive for daily:

Age 50 and younger Age 51 and older
Men 38 grams 30 grams
Women 25 grams 21 grams

WARNING:  BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE AMOUNT OF FIBER YOU START TAKING.  I RECOMMEND GRADUALLY INCREASING YOUR FIBER INTAKE SLOWLY SO YOU DO NOT PRODUCE A STOOL THAT IS TOO HARD.

7.  Use a Sitz Bath daily to help relieve pain and to clean the anus.

A Sitz Bath is just a fancy name for a plastic bowl that you set on top of your toilet.  You will fill the bowl with warm water and some epsom salt if you prefer.  The purpose of a Sitz Bath is to help promote blood flow to the anus which will aid in helping to heal your anal fissure faster, as well as keeping the area clean and free from infection.

Sitz Baths are also commonly used to treat and relieve pain associated with Hemorrhoids.  You should try and do at least 2-3 Sitz Baths daily.

To use your Sitz Bath you will fill the bowl and the drip pouch with water the is very warm, but too hot that it will burn your skin.  After filling up the bowl measure in about a 1/4 cup of epsom salt and stir it in until it dissolves.

You will then just sit on the Sitz Bath bowl just as if you were going to sit to take a bowel movement.  I would try and stay sitting for at least 10-15 minutes to get the most benefit from the bath.  Once done you want to make sure that you towel dry your rear end well as you do not want any moisture back there afterwards.

Again, I have to stress the importance of doing your Sitz Baths multiple times each and every day while your body is healing.

8.  Keep your stools soft.

I believe what initially caused my first minor anal fissure was that I was constipated and forcing out a very large & hard stool.  Not a good combination.  My body healed naturally from this and I got lucky.

When I got sick and was put on many different Antibiotics I got a bad case of diarrhea.  This is what caused my anal fissure.  My thought process after getting the fissure was to keep my stools as soft as possible because the pain in going was so intense.

This is not actually the best approach as diarrhea is no better than a very hard stool in helping your body to heal.  You need to find that middle ground where your stools are somewhere in between too soft and too hard….or just right.

In conjunction with getting enough fiber daily, I use a stool softener daily as well.  I must insist that you check with your doctor before taking any medication to make sure it is ok for you to do this.  My Gastroenterologist said it would be ok to use a stool softener for as long as I needed to, so that is what I did.

9.  Exercise

I know you are probably saying to yourself, “Exercise?  What is this guy crazy? Does he know just how much pain I am in?” Or something along those lines.  I have to tell you though, it was probably the lack of exercise that caused my own health problems in the first place.

What I have learned is that it is never to late to start exercising and it really does benefit your overall health, both physically and mentally.  Now, since you have an anal fissure your options when it comes to exercising are somewhat limited, but there are still plenty of exercises you can do that will aid your body in the healing process.

Exercise promotes better cardiovascular health, which helps your heart pump more blood to your bodily organs.  This is so important as your anus is one area of your body that does not get as much blood flow as other areas.

It is important to note that not all forms of exercise are advisable while having an anal fissure.  Here is a list of some recommended exercises and those that you want to avoid.  As with any form of exercise, it is always important for you to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially under these circumstances.

Good exercises for you while healing from your anal fissure:

  • Walking
  • Yoga
  • Stretching
  • Doing some light housework or gardening

Exercises to avoid while healing from your anal fissure:

  • Biking
  • Heavy weight lifting
  • Contact sports or ones that require a lot of running
  • Any form of exercise that will cause you to strain in performing the exercise

10.  DO NOT MISS ANY APPLICATION OF H-FISSURES DURING YOUR TREATMENT

I don’t want to scare you, but I cannot stress just how important it is to make sure that you apply the H-Fissures three times daily as the instructions state.  Just one missed application can delay the healing process by several days.

For your body to heal properly you need to keep a regular amount of the natural oil in your bloodstream.  I found it helpful to set three different alarms on my phone to remind me every day to apply the oil as directed because I knew that just one missed application would set me back days in the healing process.

I recommend buying the 33 ml bottle of H-Fissures right away so that you do not have to worry about running out of the oil during your treatment.

I know that H-Fissures does work because I used it.
